Introduction

ValueChaser AI Labs, Inc. ("ValueChaser," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and your rights in relation to it. It applies to all users of eu.valuechaser.ai and valuechaser.ai.

1. Data We Collect

Data you provide directly:

• Email address (required for account creation and report delivery)
• Uploaded files (financial statements, annual reports, spend data)
• Form inputs (company name, industry, submission preferences)

Data collected automatically:

• IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, session duration
• Analytics event data (page views, CTA clicks, form interactions) via Google Analytics 4

Payment data:

• Payment is processed entirely by Stripe. ValueChaser does not receive or store card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment details. We receive only a transaction confirmation and associated metadata.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To process your uploaded data and generate your report
• To deliver your report and communicate about your submission
• To verify email addresses before report delivery
• To improve platform performance and reliability
• To analyse aggregate usage patterns (via GA4 — no individual profiling)
• To respond to support requests

We do not use your data for advertising profiling, and we do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

3. AI Model Training — Explicit Commitment

Your uploaded data and report outputs are never used to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve any AI model — by ValueChaser or by our AI model providers. We access AI inference capabilities through enterprise API connections where providers are contractually prohibited from retaining or training on customer inputs.

4. Data Retention — Deletion Windows

One-time / guest job — raw uploaded files: 3 days after delivery

Subscription job — raw uploaded files: 30 days after delivery

Subscription job — report outputs 30 days

Failed or stuck jobs — all data: 3 days

Account information: Until account deletion is requested

5. Regional Data Processing

ValueChaser operates two regional tenants:

• EU tenant (eu.valuechaser.ai) — data processed on EU-based infrastructure
• US tenant (valuechaser.ai) — data processed on US-based infrastructure

Your data is processed in the region corresponding to the tenant you access. We do not transfer data across regions without your knowledge.

6. Third-Party Processors

We work with the following third-party processors:

Supabase: Database and file storage

Uploadcare: File upload handling

Stripe: Payment processing

Google Cloud / AWS: Cloud infrastructure and compute

AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Perplexity): AI inference only — no data retained

Google Analytics 4: Usage analytics

LinkedIn Insight Tag: Campaign measurement

Meta Pixel: Campaign measurement

Cookiebot: Cookie consent management

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion — request deletion of your personal data
• Objection — object to certain processing activities
• Portability — request your data in a portable format

8. Security

We implement encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest across all data storage. Access to customer data is restricted to authorised personnel and systems only. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your data.

9. Children

Our Services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or a platform notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
